Testing the SLV module for Spam-X

AnnouncementsPluginCMS now uses the SLV Spam-X Module in order to fight spam.

The SLV module is still experimental, but it seams to be a good approach to fight comment spam so trying it seams like a very good idea.

It is extremly easy to install this module. Only three files to copy to the correct location and removing it only involves deleting the same files.
